With over 20 years of experience in education, I am honored to lead Willard School with passion, purpose, and a vision for excellence. My wife, Jackie, is also an educator, and together we are proud parents to our son, Tyler. I deeply understand the impact that education has not only on students but also on their families and the broader community.

At Willard, I have been committed to transforming instructional practices to ensure that every student receives a rigorous and enriching education. One of my proudest accomplishments during my time here has been seeing our school achieve its highest-ever state test scores, a milestone that reflects our collective dedication to academic excellence and innovation.

I firmly believe in the power of collaboration and value the strong partnerships we have built with our students, families, and staff. By fostering meaningful relationships, I strive to create an environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
